Lifetime Superior Warranty. First Team's Superior Warranty covers damage or failure caused by basketball activity or related contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism, normal weather/UV wear, and other manufacturer exclusions are not covered.

Freight & Delivery Information

Important LTL Freight Shipping Information:

Due to the heavy-duty commercial size and weight of First Team basketball systems, this product ships via LTL Freight Carrier.

Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you via phone prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off window.
Curbside Delivery: Delivery includes standard curbside drop-off. Offloading support or liftgate service may be required depending on delivery location.
Inspection Required: Please thoroughly inspect all boxes and packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
