Series & Reach Guide
The First Team Legend Jr. Series combines compact versatility with institutional-grade structural integrity. Key overhang and reach specifications include:
- Safety Overhang Distance: 52 inches from the front of the 5" x 5" post to the face of the backboard, keeping aggressive play safely away from the vertical upright.
- Vertical Post: Tough 5" x 5" one-piece steel post with 3/16" thick walls buried 42" deep into ground footing for reliable rigidity.
- Baseplate Option (BP): Optional surface-mount baseplate system for bolt-down applications on existing concrete pads.
- Dual Head Option (Dual): Features twin extension arms allowing back-to-back goal configurations on a single heavy-duty post.
- Adjustable Mounting: Extension arm connects via six 5/8" high-tensile bolts, allowing custom height positioning along the post during assembly.
