Freight & Delivery Information
This heavy-duty basketball system ships via LTL Commercial Freight Trucking due to its size and weight.
- Delivery Appointment Required: The freight carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment window.
- Curbside Delivery Standard: Freight deliveries are curbside only. The carrier will lower the shipment to the curb at the end of your driveway or loading dock.
- Inspection Required Upon Receipt: Please thoroughly inspect all boxes and components before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage or missing packages directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Offloading Assistance: Depending on the package options selected (weights ranging between 370–540 lbs), additional assistance or offloading equipment may be required at the time of delivery.
