Warranty Coverage
Lifetime Superior Warranty — Residential ("R"). First Team lists Champ packages with its Lifetime Superior Warranty marked "R," meaning the warranty is valid only in a single-family residential setting. The Superior Warranty covers basketball activity including deliberate hanging on the rim, but not vandalism.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. See First Team's warranty terms for complete coverage, exclusions and conditions.
Freight & Delivery Information
Due to the size and weight of this product, it ships via LTL Commercial Freight Truck.
- Curbside Delivery: Standard shipping includes residential curb-side delivery with liftgate service where available.
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you via phone prior to delivery to schedule an arrival time slot.
- Inspection Required: Please carefully inspect all packages upon arrival before signing the carrier's Delivery Receipt. Note any visible outer box damage on the receipt.
