Plan delivery around both order processing and shipping, especially if your basketball goal needs to be ready for an installation, school opening or facility event.
Processing and shipping times
- Standard order processing: 2 business days, with a 3 PM Central cutoff, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend, begin processing the next business day.
- Estimated shipping time: 7–10 business days.
Processing and shipping are separate stages. These timings are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. If you have a specific deadline, contact Quality Hoops before ordering so we can review your selected equipment and delivery needs.
Special-color and custom padding
Special padding colors or custom pads add an additional 7–10 days for production. Confirm the timing of your chosen padding when planning your order.
Deliveries outside the continental 48 states
Delivery outside the continental 48 states requires a custom freight quote. Contact us with the product and delivery location before placing your order.
