Ordinary returns require authorization within 30 days of receipt, are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and require customer-paid return freight.

For items damaged during shipping, the ordinary 35% restocking fee is waived. Returns and replacements for shipping damage are handled through the freight carrier or shipping insurance, subject to the applicable claim process. Please contact us for instructions before sending an item back.
