Warranty Coverage
Lifetime Limited Warranty. First Team's Limited Warranty covers damage caused by normal basketball activity and normal player contact. Deliberate hanging on the rim, multiple-player hanging, vandalism, normal weather/UV wear, and other manufacturer exclusions are not covered.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. See First Team's warranty terms for complete coverage, exclusions and conditions.
Freight & Delivery Information
This product ships via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) motor freight due to its heavy weight and oversized dimensions.
- Delivery Appointment Required: The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery window prior to arrival.
- Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery service includes curbside offloading. You are responsible for moving the shipment onto your property or into your facility.
- Inspection Required: Please inspect all packages and boxes thoroughly for any visual damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damages on the bill of lading with the driver.
